Vehicle Description: Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2000 Pontiac Bonneville SSEi with just 137k miles. The Bonneville was the flagship of the Pontiac brand, sharing it\'s dimensions with the luxurious Buick Park Avenue. I would rate the exterior of this Bonneville to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it\'s age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in white over tan and shows well for it\'s age. The white finish shines nicely and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this Bonneville, the worst I can point out is that there is a spot of paint chipped off of the RF door about the size of a half dollar coin. If you look, you can see this in the photos. Otherwise, just a few normal chips, scuffs, etc. All of the trim and cladding are present and show well. The SSEi is the top trim level available for the Bonneville and the powerful supercharged 3.8L V6 is the centerpiece. The rear spoiler, low front and rear valences and matching side skirts give this full sized sedan a very aggressive look. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well. The tires are on the thin side and should be replaced sooner than later. Please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully.I would rate the interior of this Bonneville to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it\'s age and mileage. As you can see, the interior shows very well for it\'s age. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior and aren\'t excessively worn. The dash and headliner are clean. The leather seats are soft and comfortable, not dried out and cracked like most. Both front seats are power operated. The power windows, locks, seats and mirrors all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds great. There are steering wheel audio controls, too. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. There are independent temperature settings for the driver and passenger. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.Mechanically, this Bonneville appears to be in good running and driving condition. The supercharged 3.8L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn\'t notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older vehicle. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. As with most older GM\'s, the fuel gauge has a mind of it\'s own and only seems to work half the time. The engine feels strong and moves this full sized Pontiac down the road effortlessly. When I acquired this Bonneville, the ABS and Traction Control lights were on. In the trunk, I found a box with two brand new wheel bearings in it. On my road test, the wheel bearings in the car are whisper quiet so I\'m guessing the issue with the ABS light is in the hub sensors, which would explain the new wheel bearings in the trunk. They will be included with the car to save you a few bucks if you choose to replace them. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints...aside from a mild to moderate vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds. Given how tight the front end feels, I\'d blame the aforementioned worn tires for the vibration. Replace them, like you\'ll need to do anyway, and I would bet the vibration goes away on it\'s own. Our normal business hours are Friday and Saturday from 9am - 2pm. Other days and time are available by appointment. Please contact us in advance to make an appointment to come pick up your vehicle so that we can accommodate you when you arrive.
Full payment is due within 7 days from the end of the auction. Our preferred payment method is Cash in Person. For those customers who plan to have their vehicle shipped or cannot make it in person within 7 days, you may also pay for your vehicle by Certified Check or Bank-To-Bank Wire Transfer. If paying by Bank Check or Bank Wire Transfer, funds must clear before your vehicle is available for release.
We Do Not Accept PayPal or Credit Cards...at all...period.
Vehicles left longer than 14 days without prior written permission may be assessed a storage fee of $10/ day. Storage fees will be deducted first from any monies paid to Liberty Auto Exchange.
Non-Paying Bidders: We take what we do very seriously and ask that potential bidders take placing their bid just as seriously. Non-Paying Bidders will be assessed a re-listing fee of $249. This fee is considered due and payable, without demand, to Liberty Auto Exchange on the 8th day from the end of the auction. Non-Paying Bidders will be reported to eBay, blocked from bidding on future auctions and may be referred to our Collection Agency for credit reporting and fee recovery.
Fees and Taxes
The only fee we charge is the $149 Administrative Fee that is also disclosed in the first sentence of the written description. Because we sell with NO RESERVE, we have no way to control how much (if any) money we make per vehicle. This fee helps us isolate a few of our fixed, per transaction expenses in a way that is fair to everyone.
The winning bidder is responsible for paying all required fees to their respective state of origin.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and are happy to provide low cost title / tag services to Pennsylvania Residents.
