The clutch isa little stiff and feels like it may be due for replacement soon. The exterior is in excellent condition withno major body damage. There are a fewminor scratches and paint chips to be expected for age and average use. Thereis a scratch/ paint chips on the driver’s door.There is a scratch on the right rear quarter. This car was driven, not kept in bubblewraplike some. The interior is nice and clean.There is some minor wear and a small tear on the edge of the driver’sseat from getting in and out. Theconvertible top is in pretty good shape for being 14 years old but it does have2 very small tears in it. The serviceride control light is on. The temp gaugein the dash is not giving a reading but you can get the temp reading from thedigital display. You will be required to provide a name and address for the title and bill ofsale for transfer of ownership. We donot leave titles blank!! This is aviolation of Federal Law and dealer license requirements. We also will not falsify a bill of sale bystating a lower purchase price. What youbid is what you pay and that is the amount that will be on your bill ofsale. In the interest of consistency, weconsider the date of sale to be the date the eBay auction ended, this will bethe date listed on your title and bill of sale.

If you plan to ship your vehicle, I will do anything I can to help you oryour shipper. The vehicle is beingstored at a trucking facility and we can be very flexible with helping ashipper load the vehicle or arranging a pick up time. If you are having your vehicle shipped andpicked up by a transporter they can pick it up 7 days a week as long as I have24 hours notice. I usually need a daysnotice so I can make your vehicle accessible and make sure I can have someonemeet the driver if I am unable to. I reservethe right to refuse your transporter if they don’t give me sufficient notice. This is usually not a problem but lately I’vebeen having shippers either give me an hours notice or just plain showing upunannounced. If your shipper does nothave the required equipment to load his own truck (example: shows up with anenclosed box trailer and no ramps) and requires the assistance of my storagefacility to load, the vehicle may be subject to loading charges (typically$75). This charge should be assumed bythe unprepared trucker however if he refuses to pay we reserve the right toeither turn him away or call you to approve payment of the additionalcharge. We will not charge our customersany additional charges without prior notice and consent.
Due to weight and hazmat requirements, most shippers require vehicles tohave less than 1/8th of a tank of fuel in them prior to shipping. Vehicles may be low on fuel at pickup or uponarrival when shipped.
