Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a 20%personal check or cash deposit (non-refundable) within 48 hours of the close ofthe auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance incashdue in person within 5 business days of the close of the auction. Allfinancial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Shipping
Buyer isresponsible for all shipping arrangements and shipping charges. I willassist the buyer with finding a shipping company for a shipping quote. I assumeno responsibility for damages incurred after leaving my premises. If thevehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicleleaves my premises for shipping.There is no warranty expressed or implied (SOLDAS-IS--NO REFUNDS). I make every effort to disclose all information known aboutthis vehicle for auction. It is the buyer’s responsibility to see thatthe vehicle meets your personal expectations and criteria.
