1976 Cadillac series 75 nine passenger sedan. Car located in Ardmore, pa.
Body raised off frame after front clip removed and under-body, frame, radiator cross member,wheel wells sandblasted/repainted in Eastwood paint...no rust. Gas tank was replaced with used one along with new sending unit. Hood hinges are worn.
Air conditioning system was removed from car(front and rear) and sent out for rebuilding along with dashboard control and programmer and rear seat control. All a/c lines rebuilt. Compressor replaced w/rebuilt unit.
radio, antenna and rear seat radio control rebuilt.
Vinyl roof removed to inspect for rust....none. Roof primed and new vinyl roof installed.
Engine rebuilt. Starter, alternator, p/steering pump, hydro-boost, master cylinder, radiator, water pump, cruise control, fan clutch, motor mounts were replaced with rebuilt or new units.Note Blackstone engine wear report concern attached.
New carpeting and floor insulation as well as cloth piping around door openings. Upholstery/headliner in good shape. A small crack in rear seat door liner, but overall in good shape.
All power options(windows,locks,2-way seat, cruise) and lights work as well as fiber optic indicators.
Dashboard top dash pad needs to be replaced, although presentable.Clock does not work, rebuilt one is included.
Trunk liner was replaced,but not original fit.Paint shines well and is very presentable, but is only fair condition....a mediocre repaint at some point.
Re-chromed front bumper and door handles. Stainless is in good shape. Door hinge bushings replaced and door alignment is good.
Car was at this year\'s Cadillac La Salle grand national in McLean, Va.Overall, not a show car, but a very good driver.
There is no reserve.I\'ve described everything as best as I can. That said, car is sold as is where is with no guarantees. Car and title will be released after cashiers check has cleared in bank.I will be unavailable Friday and Saturday during the bidding, but will answer any questions that come in then when I return Sunday night. Car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end auction early.
