This was a NOS service replacement carburetor manufactured on 251st day of 1976. I bought it new and ran it on my 1971 Stage 1 for a couple hours then removed the carb and installed my OE carb when I sold the car many years ago. As you can see from the pictures this carburetor looks new. The zinc dichromate plating is in excellent condition. This carb was rated at 800cfm which was higher than other contemporary Quadrajets. Perfect for your 1970-72 GS 455 Stage 1 restoration.
