I used to advertise Liters per minute, but no longer do.The main reason being, that 99.5% of you do not have access to an accurate measuring device to verify the published data. Plus, bench test measurements do not reflect the amount of HHO ( Brown's Gas ) actually being delivered to your engine. I use aVery Expensive and Extremely Accurate--IN LINE--MassFlow Meter for final testing of output. (This is the same type of meter used by the IHHOI ( International HHO Institute ) the only recognized authority for certification of HHO Generators)Their logo is pictured above, please visit their website if you are interested in becoming a member. We use an inexpensive air flow meter while bench testing. For comparative purposes only. Final testing is done. with the generator installed, in full operation, with engine running at operating temperature@ 1500 to 1800 RPM, when taking published measurements. In other words I want to know exactly how muchHHO (BG)is being delivered to your engine under operating conditions. Not how fast I can raise a plastic bottle out of the water. This submerged bottle test creates a positive back pressure effect on the generator, instead of the negative pressure present when the engine is running. The readings on a submerged bottle test are at best crude, and for the most part, extremely inaccurate and do not reflect the quality of the gas produced. But many of you out there have been watching too many you tube videos, and see the back yard mechanic using this technique to measure production. So if you tried the bottle method and if it did not indicate my published data, you thought that I was lying or at best exaggerating. That is why I discontinued listing Lpm.

What is "Over Equity" ( Unity )?

How Much HHO (BG) Should I Use?
I frequently get asked about how much HHO (BG) will yield the best mileage gains for a particular car or truck. I would like to be able to give a good quantitative answer to that, but for now, I just can't. I don't have enough statistical data for different cars and trucks to be able to do that for you. But I cangive you some information that will help you in finding the optimum amount of gas to use for your particular engine.
People new to this subject think that if some HHO (BG)is good, more is always going to be better. Others believe that the electricity used to make the HHO is actually "free energy" since the engine is turning anyway.
Both of these statements are false, as I will describe below.
First lets look at the alternator. When the engine is running it transfers rotational energy, via a belt to the alternator, which then generates electricity. This energy is actually a measurable drag on the rotational energy of the engine, and it costs fuel to counter this drag. Even if you're coasting down hill, the distance you will coast will be less before you have to add gas again to maintain your speed. The bottom line? The electrical energy from your alternator costs you gas to create.
Now lets look at the gas. HHO (BG), when burned, with most electrolyzers (generator's) does not give back as much energy as the energy that was used to create it. There are several energy conversions involved. Energy is lost at each conversion. The conversions are: mechanical to electrical (alternator), electrical to chemical (electrolyzer), and chemical to mechanical (burning the HHO). By the time all 3 of these conversions have taken place, when the HHO burns you'll get back110% (but only with the Mighty Mite 5.0) of the energy used to create it. With the average generator only 20-35%. Awesome gains in mpg are achievable using this technology.
Where we get our gains is the fact that the HHO (BG) catalyzes the gas and causes it to burn more efficiently. We pour the majority of our gas out the exhaust pipe. The HHO (BG) causes some of this waste to be used in the combustion process. It's actually a small percentage of the waste that we're getting back. It's just that there's so much waste, that even a small percentage recovered makes a huge change in our mileage. This is what makes HHO (BG) so valuable in our engines.
However, only so much HHO (BG) will give us more efficiency in this way. If you add more HHO (BG) after that, you'll then start to lose mileage because of the efficiency losses described above. I wish I knew how to tell you the exact number of milliters per minute is the correct amount for your car, but I can't. The only way I know of to find the exact amount that is correct is by using different adjustment settingson your BLACK BOX Controller. As you add more gas, at some point you'll hit a peak, and then your mileage will start to decline. The correct amount is the amount you were using at your peak mileage

If you look at the chart in the HyZor Technology book, you see you get the most gain with the beginning few amps, then you reach the top of the bell curve and more amperage looses you mileage (also puts a big strain on the alternator).For every action-reaction known to man, there is a limitation called 'the law of diminishing returns' in which increasing one factor without compensation for the other factors will usually increase at a diminishing rate, then peak and gradually diminish output to zero. Think of a man digging a hole that is 5 feet in diameter. Putting two men in the hole will nearly double the rate the hole is dug. Putting three men in will not triple the rate, because now the men are getting in each other's way. Four men make it worse and adding more men may stop the work altogether.

A little about me. I am 76 years old, and retired, after spending too many years in the automotive industry. I do not have a web site. Heck, I had to have my grandchildren and great grandchildren help me find my way around on a computer and the internet. I do not have aYou tube video. I don't even own a video camera. I purchased my first digital still camera just5 years ago. What I do have is 50 plus years experience in the automobile industry. After playing around with Water 4 Gas (absolute waste of time and money) and a number or other ebay units. I then did one of the smarter things I have done in my life, and ordered an ErHyzor unit from Eagle Research. It came in kit form, which was great, because I could see the entire design concept. It performed admirably 500ml per minute at 3.85 amperage draw. and gave me a 20% increase in mpg. on one vehicle and 24% on another. I carefully analyzed their concept and decided that if I were to alter their design that I could increase production without significantly increasing the amperage draw. Well we are now "36" different design changes later, and a different electrolyte. Each change brought about improvement and I now have a product that can significantly improve your gas or diesel mileage per gallon. I am not in this for the money. I just want to cover my cost of materials, paid labor, ebay fees, Pay Pal fees, shipping cost, and a little left over for future experiments and improvements. This is a wonderful diversion for an old man, who just wants to give back some of the knowledge I have attained over these last 76 years.
