Q: What if I Do Not buy insurance and the item gets destroyed in the mail?
A: If youDo Not buyinsurance and something like that happens, thenIwill not do anything, I’m not the post office, so I do not have any power or control over what happens with the items after they leave my hands, Now if you DO buy insurance, then I will do my best to right the situation.
Q: Does the book have a complete PCM wiring diagrams and pin outs? And what I mean by that is does it layout every pin out on the ECM with Pin number (ex 23 of the blue connector) and the color of the wire and show was sensor or connector it goes too. So basically I could take a PCM and all the sensors with no wires at all and then connect them all up properly.
A: Yes it does, the PCM diagramsare includedso no matter what kind of custom wiring harness you want to make, you will be able to with this book.
Q: I am installing one of these engines into a custom application, will this book tell me where I have to cut to make it fit? Like firewalls/fenders/hood/crossmembers. Ect.
A: No, it would be impossible to make a book that has that kind of info in it, There are 10,000’s of thousands of different cars out in the world and there is no way to document that much information.
Q: Is my item Shipped out yet? Because you have not contacted me.
A: I have NEVER not sent out an item, there is no need to check up on this end of the transaction, everything will be taking care of, I only contact the buyer if there is some kind of problem. If you keep emailing me asking if was shipped out, I am not going to respond. I’m not trying to be mean, it just gets annoying to have to constantly tell people that the item in question was sent out.
Q: Hi, my intention is to retrofit a LS1 into my 1996 corvette. I would like everything to work like it came from the factory that way. Can this be done using your book?
A: yes and no, since I have not done that specific swap I can't say for sure, it will defiantly help you, but some items you will left up to you, this is not a step by step swapping book, it is a guide so it has most of the info that you will need, but it impossible to right out a book for any vehicle.
Q: Can I have the Tracking number for this item, so that I know when it is going to get here?
A: I do not use an actual tracking number, I use what is called delivery confirmation, which just tells if the item has been delivered yet, it does not give a ...to be delivered on day/time... and it does not say where it is at this moment in time. If you live in the USA then paypal will have sent you an email with the subject ...Your item has been sent using Paypal... and it has all the information in it like the confirmation number, who it was sent out with, the weight of the item, and the day that it was sent out on. Also, please don’t ask me if I sent out your item because it just slows down everything and once it is in the hands of the post office, then I no longer have any say in how fast it moves, I have a great feedback rating because I have never screwed any Ebayers over by no sending out their item and I am not planning on starting.
Q: Does this book deal with the drive by wire?
A: No sorry,I did not get involved with that because this book's wiring section is under the assumption that you will be using an LS1 PCM & reluctor97-02with a standard cable throttle, if you are using the PCM on a different displacement engine like an LS2 or LS7 it will wire up the sameeven though thea few sensors move, they still work and act the same soyou will just be changing the values in the PCM for the MAF/MAP sensor readings and the reluctor.
Q: I went online and it can’t find the tracking number, why is that?
A: One of two reasons, number one, they have not updated the website, number two, no post office employee has manually scanned the package yet.
