In order to understand what you are buying and how it works, see our chart below to compare our parts. In addition to the parts below, you will get 15 feet of wiring, pump screws, tank tap fitting for your tank, fuse, fuse holder, electrical connectors for the boost switch and so forth. The pump is one of the most important parts of your kit. All pumps are not the same even if they look the same. To start this pump is 150 psi, not 100 psi. The higher the pressure the better atomization. Its a simple fact. In addition our pump has EPDM seals. By default the shurflo pumps come with Viton. Regardless of what other companies say, VITON is not compatable with methanol. It will eat your seals. Ours are built with EPDM to assure higher heat tolerance and full methanol compatibility. In addition to the higher pressure and methanol compatibility our pump is painted black for a finished stealth look. The Checkvalve is very important for the safety of your engine. Our valve is custom made. Compare this to others. Ours is nickel plated for superior durability and looks. The seals are especially designed to handle heat and more importantly it has an integrated 40 micron filter. If you get a piece of debris stuck in a checkvalve it can cause it to stay open and you can risk damaging your engine. Ours has this safety feature included! Compare to any competitor and see the difference. Our injectors are machined so you can tap your pipe with 1/8th pipe thread and screw the nozzle in. Look closely at our competitors. Most likely the head of the injector is a hex. This means you have to drill a hole in the pipe, install the injector from inside the pipe. this makes it hard to remove, not to mention easy for the injector to fall into your engine..Our injector holders are nickel plated. We will get you the large nozzle by default since you have a diesel. Our fittings are all nickel plated quick connect and NO plastic. All quality metal. Dont buy a kit with cheap plastic fittings. We are proud of these fittings and know the extra money we spend on touches like this is worth it, you will think so too! This kit comes with one nozzle so you dont get a tee, etc. Our nylon hose has burst pressure of over 1000 PSI but more important, it is semi clear so you can look and see where the fluid is. If you are trouble shooting it makes all the difference to see if you have fluid in the line or not. Each kit comes with 15 feet of this hose Our boost switch is adjustable from 1 to 25 psi. It will turn the system on when you reach the boost level that the switch is set at. Any time past your set level it stays on. you can run upto 60 psi turbo pressure into this boost switch. This switch is set at 10 psi and you can adjust it using the 5/64 hex key on the top. You will get 1 foot of silicon boost line AND a boost tee.
