This cam would be an excellent choice for those who already have most of the bolt-ons like intake/exhaust/header/ecu and are looking for more out of their engine without getting into the bottom end. Or those who already have a mild compression bottom end built and are looking to get more power without adding a temporary power adder like nitrous.
