Dingo Double-D Billet Aluminum Adjustable LS1 Adapter Conversion Swap Plates
TheDirty Dingo Motorsports"Double-D" LSx engine adapter plates are machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and are designed as a true "bolt in" adapter plate. These conversion plates will place your LS engine in the correct position when swapping from a small or big block Chevrolet engine to a LS series engine. These plates also have additional motor mount placement holes of 1/2", or 1 1/4" forward from the factory position. No other conversion plates on the market are designed like these. These actually fit and place the LS engine exactly in the same position as the original engine, 1/2" forward, or 1 1/4" forward. The transmission stays in the factory location and no driveshaft modification is required when using the original transmission and placing the mount in the front position. This is a complete engine mount conversion kit. Includes left and right adapter plates and all necessary grade-8 hardware.Does not come with rubber mounts, use you factory rubber engine mounts. These will allow clearance for low mount Camaro / GTO alternators, will not clear factory low mount A/C. Will convert 1958-1999 car and truck 3 Bolt SBC and BBC mounts to LS1 and retains the bell housing in the same position.
*These mounts will not clear low mount a/c. They will clear low mount alternators.
