Do not attempt to open & try to repair it yourself. The process is
a tedious one and damage can easily occur if you do not know what you
are doing!! All return shipping

How Does it Work?
It's as Easy as 1, 2, 3!
1.. Remove your VW Beetle Climate Control Unit
- Click Here for some pictures on how to remove unit from dash.
2.. Disconnect all wiring. The harnesses have clips you will push in softly while pulling outward. Arms have metal loops, disconnect them carefully.
3.. Take it packaged to FedEx, UPS, DHL, US Post Office, etc. to have it mailed in (please include a note . I will have your climate control Returned Same Day!!
If you do not
want to do it yourself, I will do it for your locally, or take it to a
stereo installation center and they can do it for you. - no problem!
Note: For
a little comfort, just disable the HVAC Blower Motor buy pulling the Air Conditioning Fuse(s).
