This is a genuine GM part, made by AC Delco and replaces these GM numbers, 3027939, 4939678, 4960505, 4960538, 4960649, 4960846, 5044760, 5044785, 5044797 and likely more! The GM part number on the box is 88891584, group number 9.215. You will need to use your original fan cage. It has 2 flat sides (opposite each other) on the shaft and a nut on the end of the shaft, there is also a hole for the rubber cooling hose.
