Why Us!
Shipping: We only ship within United States borders and US territories. US and Puerto Rico ECT. Due to a number of lost packages and charge backs we will not ship outside the US unless it is otherwise agreed upon.
Returns are accepted in one of the following situations:
Did not need: you will be responsible for exact shipping both ways.
Wrong Part: If it was verified by us that it is the correct part or will work in place of and we are wrong we will take responsibility. If it was never verified than a 20% restocking fee plus shipping will be minus from the return.
Part is Defective: All GM Parts carry a one year warranty and it is very rare but does happen on occasion that a GM part is defective or goes defective. In this case we can do one of 3 things.
1. Supply you with the information that is needed to have your Local GM dealer do a parts warranty.
2. You can ship the item back to us and we will ship out another ASAP.
3. You can pay a deposit and we will ship out another and then once we receive the defective item back we will issue a credit.
In any case an Item is returned for Credit It MUST is in the GM box.
If an item is purchased and does not correct your Problem We are not responsible for improper Diag. Therefore if it does not correct your problem we will not take it back. Once the part has been installed it is considered Used and we only sell New GM Parts.
