Deposit and Payment

The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due plus fees & taxes within 7 days. Before delivery of the vehicle can take place, all payments must be received and cleared.
If no contact is made within 24 hours of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to relist, sell to the next highest bidder, or sell the vehicle locally.
