Runs great!!! Very fast, will smokethe tires in 3 gear. This is the nicest 1998 Cobraavailable today. Buy and be carefreebecause everything is done already!Stock horsepower 305, this one has 330hp. Stock quartermile time 13* seconds. 0-60 in 5* seconds. The original Teksid aluminum engineblock only weighs 85.40lbs from the factory. 80lbs lighter than the cast ironblocks used in other mustangs. Great color combo, 1 of only 1344 made withblack leather interior. I contacted Ford Racing SVT group and ordered amanufacturing certificate stating the factory and exact build number; thiscobra is 3849 of the 5174 total coupes built in 1998. I will include thecertificate in the sale. The steering is nice and tight, compress the newclutch with ease and the transmission shifts are crisp. We used only the bestinternal parts suggested by ford racing using the highest standards. Rebuildingthese motors is very expensive because of the aluminum block and the DOHCcylinder heads. I Spent thousands on the build and I have all my receipts. Theengine will come with a 1000 mile 1 month warranty. WHO CAN SAY THAT WITH ONEOF THESE? The engine is perfectly balanced, no expense spared. Buy withconfidence, I am a Mustang enthusiast, I build them because I love them andsell them so I can build more. Theinterior is in great condition, seats show minimal wear, carpet and headlineris great. The dash doesnt have any cracks or aging. Air conditioner and heaterwork great. All power options work, seats, windows, mirrors etc. Check thepictures... Really nice
Thepaint is the only thing that can use some attention, its original from 98 withno body work ever and no bondo. It has some minor scratches and paint chips and1 small ding about the size of a quarter on the drivers side rear quarterpanel. I really wanted to paint her but what a better way to put the new ownerssignature on her than a fresh paint job.
Ihave 200+ positive feedback rating. I have been building fords for 15 yearsnow. She was built right, keeping her stock enough to preserve hercollectability. MATCHING NUMBERS for collectors and a fresh motor for the kidinside you. I used high quality parts so she is extremely strong. I willwarranty the motor for 1 month on normal wear and tear.
