Under the hood of this very sleek and spectacular build sits a roaring 351 Windsor bore to a 408-cubic inch V8 with an outstanding 525 HP at the flywheel. This motor has forged crank, pistons, and rods. What makes this car most desirable are all the upgrades that... have already been done to the engine. It even has HAWK aluminum heads, cc intake runners, hydraulic roller cam, electric fuel pump, 750 double pumper from Summit, and even an upgraded STEFS 6-quart Aluminum oil pan. The driving experience of this Mercury is truly something to enjoy.
The paint and body of this car are in excellent condition. The style of this car really comes from the Crites fiberglass hood with functional Ram Air. The 3-inch Flowmaster exhaust that peaks out the rear of the car sound fantastic. The wheels put on this are Billet Specialties Street Lite with tons of life left in the tires. The electrical has been rewired with a Ron Francis Kit and has an in cab off/on switch for the Spal Pusher fan. Sitting on the inside of this car you will instantly notice the Custom Bucket seats and Grant steering wheel. Overall fantastic interior and exterior.
Looking under the car will be a big surprise to notice all the upgrades done to the suspension. This car is set up with Shelby traction bars, welded in sub frame connectors, PST super front suspension kit, and a Crites shock tower kit. In the rear of the car the KYB shocks and 5 Leaf springs are set up perfectly to make the car sit with an aggressive stance and ready to burn some rubber with the 8 inch 350 Posi rear. This car is stopped by the power of the upgraded Disc brakes in the front.
This Comet would be a fun daily driver and even turn heads at car shows worldwide.

- Signed purchase contracts, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
