This Malibu waspurchased by us in it's current conditionwith a Salvage Repairable title. The vehicle will have to pass a salvage inspection before being able to be put on the road. Please read our description below. All of ourprojectcars are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied. We sell everything we list and always selling with No Reserve.
Condition -We will do our best to visually describe what this vehicle requires. There is no way to determine exactly what a vehicle needs to bring it back until one gets into the actual project of repairing it so please understand that our description very well may not and probably won't list everything that needs to be done. Now as to this vehicle:
exterior -Thevehicle's exterior has damage to all left side panels(see pictures). The matching tires are Hankook Optimo H725A (225/50/17) and have about 75% tread remaining. All the rims and glass are in excellent condition.
drive train- Thevehicle runs and drives great, no mechanical issues.
interior- The interior is in great shape but the plastic driver side interior kick panel is bent. The front side belts and the left windows do not work due to door damage. Also, the left side and curtain airbag have deployed.
A 10% deposit of the final price is due within three days of the close of the auction. The balance due is required within 7 days from the close of the auction and must be in the form of a bank wire transfer or cashiers check.
By law, tax must be collected from New York State residents.
Regency Motors reserves the right to close an auction at any time.
