Up for sale is my NON-SMOKING 2005XLR Personal Pleasure Vehicle (I\'m the second owner). All of my vehiclesare meticulously maintained. I absolutely love the style and drive of thisvehicle. I\'m getting ready for my next fun purchase and moving into the lastyear of the 2009 XLR-V seriesand this fine vehicle needs to find a homefirst. This vehicle is priced right for a Cadillac Limited ProductionSporty Hardtop Roadster. I have taken almost all exceptions out of this auctionfor you. I have performed the 100K service early for you. Ed Shults Cadillac ofJamestown, NY performsall work on this vehicle. This sleek XLR drives andbrakes smooth & straight and has a great sound! Performs like a leopard ona leash! Extra hard color to find too…BLUE STEEL!
The following service items were recently done:
- New Bridgestone Run Flat Tires (4) installed at 93,116 miles (2,843 miles on them as of this listing)
- New Front GM OEM Rotors & Brakes 05/15
- Synthetic Oil change 09/16
- Coolant & AC change 09/16
- Serpentine Belts (2) Drive and A/C 09/16
- Replaced Gaskets/Seals for Timing Cover, Valve Cover & Water Pumpand any worn hoses. A new Water Pump was also installed at the same time 09/16
- Cadillac Replaced Hardtop/Trunk Module 05/17
- Pennsylvania Inspected to 05/2018!
Also, if you are familiarwithearly XLR\'s (2004-2006), you know that the front headlight amberdriving and turn signal lights melted the inside of the lens and look terriblefor a high-end sports car.Not So with this XLR! Bothheadlight units as indicated in the four pictures, have been replaced ($1800investment if buying new)!They look fantastic! NO Burnt orMelted lenses anywhere!
Other Stuff:Please keep in mind that this is a twelve year old vehicle. It comes withminimal/normal wear n tear that you might expect with a vehicle this age. Ithas been very well cared for!Always garage stored and placed inlocked storage from December to April.There are 2 very minor cosmeticareas that are pictured that were from the previous owner that I have leftas-is.1) Small scratch area behind lower driver’s front tire, 2) driver’sdoor has a4\" vertical mark by edge. (#2 you can barely see 4\' away). All glass is A1. Cadillac hasreplaced the inside trunk closing switch, the truck lid opening switch as wellas the main hardtop module as updates. I have represented this vehicle to the best of myability so there are no surprises for you. I wouldn\'t want any if I were buyinga vehicle. There is no written, expressed, impliedor verbal warranty thatis being offered with this super fun car.I took 24 pics. If there issomething you\'d like to see or have a question, please ask.
The Window Sticker is provided inthe pic\'s and has all the details of the car. There was only one option in 2005and it was XMSatellite Radio, which this car does have. The car will comewith 2-FOB\'s and 2-Valet Keys and the NAV-DVD. All manuals with the XLR pen areincluded!
