This Vehicle was driven by the Police Chief in Elon North Carolina since it was purchased new back in July 2003 it was not a patrol car and looks to have had a fairley easy life! It is a very nice cruiser with plenty of power with the factory 4.6L EFI DOHC V-8 with 302HP. This car is all stock and still has strobe lights in corners that are unhooked and has 3 switches in upper console to control them. This is the same motor Ford used in the Mustang Mach1 of this era. This is not your normal everyday Mercury Marquis, the Marauder was built to run, and run it does. It also has all the comforts also like Leather Bucket Seats with center console, Dual Power Seats, electronic climate control, Power Package including Power Windows and Locks, Power mirrors, Factory Auto Meter Guages, Radio and Climate Control Steering Wheel Controls, Overhead Console, Tinted Glass, Driver Door Keypad, correct Dual Exhaust and Factory AM/FM CD Player with Cassette. The engine on this vehicle is running well and feels strong.
The exterior finish on this car is in very good condition there are no big dings or chips worth mentioning. The hood top and trunk look to have been repainted but Carfax is clean.
The interior is in excellent condition and leather is soft and could not show much nicer for age.
There is approximately 90% of the tire tread remaining.
