Beprepared to tow or trailer this car from our lot. Body has some minordamage. It has small dents, scratches and bumpson the outside of the auto.The inside of the car is verydirty and has a lot of junk on the inside. The mileage is exact (See picture).

We will also re-list the vehicle, orsell it to the next highest bidder, or any other qualified buyer.
Legal dispute: Choice of Venue and Law: Buyer and Seller agree that anydisputes shall be resolved using Kentucky Law, and that any suit must bebrought by filing inGreenup County, Kentucky.
Typographical and factual errors: In the event that there are material errors on thedescription of the item, Buyer and Seller may agree to complete the sale. Ifthe Buyer is unwilling to complete the sale due to a typographical or factualerror, Buyer shall be entitled to reimbursement for a maximum of $25.00 in outof pocket expenses. In the event that a sale is not concluded due to atypographical or factual error, Seller may agree to release Buyer out the ofthe eBay auction winner\'s obligation when Buyer agrees to and completes theposting of positive or neutral feedback. Seller will then post positive orneutral feedback. In no event shall Seller be responsible for any otherexpenses or damages of any kind, regardless of the nature of the error. Asnoted herein, Buyers are strongly encouraged to examine vehicles beforebidding.
