Up for sale is a 1996 Buick Roadmaster Limited Estate Wagon with 114k two owner miles. Lifelong western car - nice solid body with no bondo, no accidents. Collector's Edition like every other '96 Buick Roadmaster. Same owner since '02 with 58k miles. Boasting GM's Corvette inspired multiport injected 5.7L LT1 V8 engine and 4L60E 4 speed automatic transmission, she puts down plenty of power. Tow package with 2.93 open rear end (GW9 & V92 build codes). Trailer preparation "tow package" means the factory rated the car to pull 5000 lbs but has no hitch (despite trailer prep name, these did not come from the factory with hitches so all hitches are aftermarket.) Delivers consistent 16 in town and 24 highway at 70 mph. Car is in very nice shape with only very minor wear and blemishes. Clean history report with no accidents. Runs and drives great - drive anywhere.

Condition ReportENGINE: Runs on all eight cylinders without smoking, missing or knocking. Engine runs at proper temperature. Good battery & charging system. Newer radiator alternator and water pump (Delco parts). Starts easy and runs strong.TRANSMISSION: Performs beautifully. Engages gears quickly and shifts through all forward gears and reverse with good downshift and torque converter performance. Clean fluid with no burn odors.EXTERIOR: Body: Body is exceptionally straight and solid. Very straight down the sides with NO rust. There is three very small depressions (hard to call them dents) that's barely visible on the hood that don't show well in photos, though I tried. Otherwise, no body issues. Way above average body. Paint: Paint is very nice for age. Very few minor nicks and scratches consistent with age which are photographed. Also way above average. Wood: Upper wood trim has been removed, painted, and reinstalled. The side panel fake wood is in great shape (still shiny, not faded) with a few minor nicks/scratches like the one pictured, and some near the license plate frame on the tailgate. Other: Lower stainless bright trim is very nice - the right rear quarter piece and right front door piece have small dings. Front bumper stainless trim is in great shape. Rubber side trim is all there. Windshield has no cracks or chips. Undercarriage is extremely solid with only minor surface rust like you'd expect of a western car - see the pics. Underhood sheet metal and tailgate sill and door jambs (areas where these cars tend to rust) are also nice as seen in pics. Aluminum wheels are in good shape with some staining.INTERIOR: Interior of the car is in nice shape consistent with miles. Dash has no cracks and is still shiny. Seating areas are in great shape, front seats were covered with seat covers for most of life, so they were protected. Carpet in seating area and cargo deck are in very nice shape with some minor staining. Has all four original floormats. Headliner and sun visors are nice and not sagging but headline has a few small nicks as seen in pics. Steering wheel is in nice shape. No smoke or pet odors. Very nice interior overall. Note that I have the buttons for the lumbar controls that are missing in pics.ELECTRICAL STUFF: All inspection items work (lights, horn, wipers, etc.) Power options work reliably, including power windows, power locks, dual power seats with power recliners and power lumbar control, hot heat and cold A/C, tilt, cruise, am/fm stereo cassette, power antenna, keyless entry, rear window release, rear wiper, twilight sentinel, intermittent wipers, and rear defroster. Newer A/C compressor and dryer.DRIVEABILITY: Drives out very nicely as you'd expect of low miles. Steering is tight, alignment is dead on, suspension is tight. Brakes work well with new linings all around. Tires are a matched set of Michelins with about 80% tread remaining. Solid, quiet exhaust with no leaks. Check engine light is not lit (except at start up as it should.) No complaints - drive anywhere.Short version terms: Small non-refundable deposit as listed (but fast) by Paypal within 24 hours.
