Very clean 1979 Trans Am survivor. Solar Gold exterior and tan interior. Power locks, cruise control, a/c blows cold. 107K original miles (have receipts dating back to 1988 showing miles history). CLEAN TITLECare starts easily and drives straight. Possible to drive daily. Paint is in good shape with some minor nicks here and there. Original decals are in decent shape.NO RUST! Interior in excellent shape. Carpet is in good condition. The headliner is new. Good engine and transmission. I take the car to cars shows and it holds it own with higher dollar classics. Engine is 4.9 engine (very rare for 1979) and has good gas mileage (20 mpg highway). New tires, new HEI ignition, new high flow catalytic converter, new Flowmaster exhaust (sounds really good), new shocks, rebuilt carb.Have original build sheets and repair records dating back to 1988.
Issues: power locks stick, Speedo jumps a bit, headliner slightly sagging (needs to be re-glued), needs suspension bushings. ***NOTE***car passed smog test and is registered in CO and smog exempt in most states. Please review your smog laws prior to bidding.
