Contact | Website | Ebay Feedback This Ramcharger (full convertible)was delivered new in California and has remained here ever since. It is hard not to just stare and admire this beauty.....It is a one owner vehicle with only 89,589 carefully driven original miles.
Classic cars and trucks don\'t come around like this to often.....the fact that this an all original Moparwith all original paint, interior and drive-train is a rarity.
This is a authentic and 100% rust free (body, chassis and frame) California survivor, this is indeed a special find.
The body is amazing!!!! There is not one single dent, spec of rust, blister or bubble anywhere whatsoever. The body still retains all of it\'s originalfactory (Ensign Blue Metallic) paint finish. No body work, accidents, previous repairs, touch up spots, etc. All panel fitment is perfect and all doors open and close like a vault.
There is obviously some fading/discoloration (mostly on the roof and hood), chips and minimal wear for a 38 year old un-restoredvehicle. This Ramcharger has the most lovely patina and mostly a lustrous shine. Although this is the perfect vehicle to make into concourse condition, it would almost be a shame to due anything to change the original integrity. It has aged like a fine wine......restore it, or drive and show it off as is, no matter what you decide to do you cannot go wrong with this unit. The top has never been off nor has it ever been used off road or driven in any harsh weather conditions.
The 360 c.i. 4 bbl starts right up and runs extremely well. The idle is as smooth as you could imagine and mechanically this Dodge is in tip top condition. It accelerates superbly and has a tremendousamount of power. The transmission shifts on the mark through all the gears. It does not swerve/lurch or do anything abnormal upon take off or braking. The entire drive-train is solid and tight. It handles the road like a much newer vehicle and is an absolute pleasure to drive.......and very easy to operate. The 4x4 engages effortlessly in low and high gears. You feel very confident and safe while driving. It is very reliable and gets compliments on a regular basis.
-No leaks, smoke, overheating or strange noises-A+ Brakes, steering and suspension-All mechanical, electrical and climate control systems are in proper working order-Working air conditioning-Very tidy engine compartment with well sorted, belts, hoses and lines-All factory stickers, labels and data plates are complete and in tact. There are no missing parts or pieces.-The period correct wheels are in great shape. The tires have good tread remaining, however upon close inspection they have dry cracks and should be replaced soon.
-All glass, lights and lenses are A+-Perfectly straight original bumpers-The chrome and trim are all in fantastic condition!
Everything under the hood is original and complete. Pictured below are all the protective rubber covers/accessories and beautiful inner fender wells. Everything is so nice and has been really well preserved inside and out. This truck has never been screwed around with or modified. Everything is honest and un-touched.
The interior is also original and in remarkable condition (see pics). The carpeting does show some wear and tear but is still perfectly usable and respectable looking. The glove door has a few minor imperfections, the rest of the dash is near perfect. All of the faux wood is very attractive and the gauges and instrumentation are excellent! Nice door panels, headliner and visors.
There is not much more to say about this one, the pictures speak 1,000 words and what you see is what you get. The new owner will be over the moon with this one.
