Starting with the exterior, the glass is all newand is the trim (moldings). The body modification and work areMagnificient! The paint looks like glass, and the front and rear bumpers havebeen set almost flush with the car, the rear wing has been molded into thebody, (looks factory), custom rear bumper with the tail pipes molded into thebumper. The hood has been modified to fit the BIG 871 blower, but looksfactory. The door handles have been shaved off and the doors open withthe touch of your fab key, as well as, the trunk. there are also emergency pullhandles on either side under the front tire wheel wells, just incase to openthe doors. Moving on to the INTERIOR: The interior is virtually new, the bucketseats are a suide grey with leather black backs, the gauges are "Autometerracing" white gauges with gloss green inlays to match the exterior, thedashboard is "PERFECT" and black, the carpet is new, the "GREENMACHINE" has a 12 point roll cage that is welded to the frame not thefloor board, the panneling around the interior is custom " one off"with the Chryslerlogo in the rear, Suede Headliner Is In Great Shape.All the interior lights work, there is a MINOR defect on the drivers sidehandle, but certainly not noticeable. POWER WINDOWS. She is aManual 3 speed with a reverse hurst shifter. The TRUNK: the trunkhas a racing fuel cell "16 gallons" with a battery on either sideENCASED IN CHROME HOUSING. the trunk surface is lined with theDYNOSHEILD. The battery cut-off switch is nicely tucked under the rearbumper "hidden". The Racing fuel cell is also in the trunk made by"HUGE BARRY GRANT". BUT, all of that is hidden by a customleather formed casing to look streamline, very well appointed!! By the waySIGNED by "CHIP FOOSE" at a car show that won first place. The body of thiscar was media blasted, corrosion-protected with steelphosphate, epoxy-sealed, prepped, and then finished in two-stage Sublime Greenbase and clear polyurethane paint. Rear-wheel tubs and a 12-point roll-cagewere added and exterior body mods include narrowed and tucked front and rearbumpers, a laser-cut Chrysler Pentastar grille and scoop inlays, Halogen headand fog lights, shaved handles with keyless entry, integral front and rearspoilers, and rubber items from Year One.

Powering this beast is a professionally built, balanced, and blueprintedengine by Total Engine of Bloomington, Minnesota, based on a new Mopar 426ciblock opened to 446 cubic inches with an Enderle-style scoop on dual Holley750s atop an Indy 8-71 blower. Other highlights include an Indy 440-1 Max Wedgealuminum head and manifold combo, 81 JE forged pistons, Manley rods, an Eagleforged crank, Comp Cams flat-tappet blower cam,ATIdamper and geardrive,MSDignition, Milodon pan, pump, and windage tray. Dual fansand a BeCool radiator keep it all running cool. CoatedTTIheadersflow spent gases into dual Flowmasters and a fuel cell with Barry Grant pumpprovides fuel. Dyno-proven at 870 hp and 730pounds-feet of torque, thewicked blown engine drives power through a 727 Chrysler transmission built byPro Trans in California, incorporating all aluminum inside, a Turbo-Action4,800 stall converter, Hurst ratchet shifter, and remote cooler.

Underpinnings include a new, powder-coated chassis, K-member, and controlarms, plus Koni adjustable front and QA1 adjustable rear shocks, a braced CalTrack 4-link, and a Mark Williams narrowed Chrysler rear end with chromolydrive and axle shafts, and Richmond 3.911 gears on an MW spool. Brakes are MW4-wheel discs, with dual calipers at the rear, plus a new master cylinder withline-lock and all-new lines. Wheels are Boyd Coddington billet-type polishedaluminum units, measuring 18×9 inches front and 20×14 inches rear, surroundedby Mickey Thompson rubber.andLEDtail lights. Given its greatpresence and looks, this Road Runner was selected as a Feature car atthe Mopars at the Mansion show, held at the storied Playboy Mansion, and it wasa cover subject and centerfold feature car in Mopar Collector's Guide magazine.
