Engine and Transmission:
As previously statedin the short description this car has had brand new parts replaced. Everyexternal component has been replaced brand new with the receipts and servicerecords included in the sale for the new owner. The engine runs strong, noknocking, no smoking, no pings, no overheating. No LEAKS. Just a good solidChevy 350 engine. Engine and tranny start, run and drive as they should. Shiftsinto all gears properly. No surprises. Has lots of power and fast pickup. Hasenough power to go from first to 3rd! The complete new parts list isas follows NEW Edelbrock Carb with warranty, new Distributor, New Spark Plugsand Cables, Fresh Oil Change with Filter, New Water Pump, New Upper and LowerRadiator Hoses, New Alternator, New Fuel Pump, New Fuel Line and Fuel Filter,New Air Cleaner, New Valve Cover Gaskets, New Belts, New Battery With 1 YearWarranty, New Gas Tank with New Sending, NEW STARTER ALL RECEIPTS WARRANTIESAND SERVICE RECORDS WILL BE INCLUDED IN SALE…Very nice sounding deep customgrowl with the dual exhaust
Paint and Body:
The body is in greatshape and there are no major blemishes on the body or paint. The paint has lotsof shine and a very nice deep gloss and finish. No spider cracking or bubbles. Nochips or scrapes. The pictures do it more justice! The car is painted in GM REDwith a beautiful black interior. Body is very straight. The hood and doors openand close as they should excellent and body lines and gaps are even as can beseen in pics. The Convertible top is brand new and opens and closes just fine.The rear trunk lid also opens and closes great. REAR GAS CAP EMBLEM IS BRANDNEW. All emblems, moldings and exterior pieces are present. The car has beenupgraded with an awesome raised cowl hood with the wipers underneath. Eventhough side view mirror was not installed at the time of video, new mirrorshave been ordered and will be installed for new owner.
Lights and Electrical:
Tail lights, brakelights, parking lights, turn signals all work. Front headlights turn on and goup and down…. The temp gauge, gas gauge, alt gauge work. The oil pressure gaugehas been replaced with an aftermarket gauge and it works. The speedo and tachdo not work…As previously mentioned the radio is brand new. It is made by acompany called retro sound which looks and feels exactly like the originalradio that came with the corvettes but with all the modern digital convenienceof a Bluetooth and IPOD connection. It has also been upgraded with a NEW retractablematching Retro Sound Radio Antenna.
Interior:
The car has beenupgraded with new seat upholstery and brand new complete black carpet set, NEWREAR DECK TOP LIDS, NEW Custom Corvette Floor Mats, New Shifter Plate, New DoorPanels. All interior pieces are present.The dash has no cracks or rips. Thedoor panels are complete and in pretty good shape as can be seen in pics.Windows roll up and down manually as they should. All in all the interior is ingreat shape with its beautiful black color. The passenger side seat does have asmall scratch as can be seen in pics.
Glass:
All glass is presentand in good condition. There is a very tiny piece missing in the top driver’sside corner of the windshield, very tiny tip which is not visible unless youare 6 inches away and has been filled with silicone.
Chassis, Suspension,Brakes:
The brakes on the carare very good. All four tires brake great. Lots of pedal. The car was equippedwith a brand new master cylinder. The suspension is also good no hard noiseswhen going over bumps. The steering is pretty tight and stays straight whendriving. No rust visible on frame. Tires are worn and will need replacing. Vinplate was reassigned to a new number and plate a while back but vehicle hasclean and clear Florida Title with no issues. Engine vin is the original numberwhich matches frame numbers.
