Stock #: 69FB Exterior Color: DARK BLACK GREEN Interior Color: GREEN Body Type: COUPE Transmission: Automatic Engine: 350 Title Condition: Clear Vehicle Description

FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION we offer a good looking 1969 Firebird. It has driver quality dark green paint (looks black in most pictures), good vinyl top, nice chrome, decent interior, new wheels and tires, power steering, 350 Pontiac engine, Turbo 350 automatic transmission.DO YOU HAVE A GOOD TITLE? Yes, a clear title in hand and the numbers match the VIN plate on the car.HOW IS THE ENGINE? Its a good running Pontiac 350 V8 by the VIN numbers. Past owner thought...it was a 400, I can not find casting numbers to tell, they look the same to me. I hear no knocks or rattles and see no blue smoke. It has a Holley 4 barrel carburetor, its usable, but they always run better with a fresh new carburetor. HEAD LIGHTS WORK! TAIL LIGHTS WORK!TURN SIGNALS WORK! BRAKE LIGHTS WORK!INTERIOR DOME LIGHT WORKS!HOW IS THE BODY RUST WISE? I see no rust bubble in the paint, the back floors have been replaced with flat metal, maybe a couple of other places patched and coated. Not detailed for show on the bottom, but I see no structural issues.HOW IS THE PAINT? I consider it decent driver quality, the shine is good, the paint has never been buffed so you see some specs and tiny flaws. Its no $20,000 paint job, but its good for a car this price range.HOW IS THE INTERIOR? Not new, but it looks good to me. Headliner good, carpet good, door panels decent, package tray good, seat covers no holes, but some flaws.HOW DOES THE CAR DRIVE? When you put big square corner tires on these old car they do not drive as good, but they look good. The tires are wide on front, 245/45/17 and rear 255/45/18. The corner are not rounded likes these cars were designed to have, they make the car follow the road a lot more. The car is power steering and it works good.HOW ARE THE BRAKES? Drums on all 4, they stop fine for what they are.HOW IS THE EXHAUST? Looks new and sounds like a Muscle Car should. Flow Master mufflers with the deep loud sound, I like it.IS THIS A REAL PONTIAC 400? No the hood has been added to look like one.WHAT IS THE HISTORY? I bought the car from a dealer friend near Cincinnati, he bought it from quy in MI that supposedly bought it form the south, who really knows.WHERE IS THE CAR LOCATED? Athens, Tennessee 37303
