For sale is a 1969 Dodge DartSwinger 340 (P-code). The exterior of the vehicle is sunfire yellow with ablack vinyl top and black interior (standard bench front seat). Stripe deletecar, but original owner installed black stripe at later date. The vehiclerecently went through a partial restorationbeforethepowertrainwas installed.

Powertrain / Chassis:

The 340 motor (not numbers matching)is stroked to 416 with head porting - Stage-I. The block has a 1969 datecode. The block was checked for cracks... no issues. The enginecontains an Eagle rotating assembly withRoss Pistons. The intakeand carburetor are from Edelbrock. Overall, the outside of the engineassemblywas made to appear stock (minus orange paint for 1969, headersand some misc. components). The engine has roughly 1000 miles on it, sincerestoration. Please note the odometer was not turned back when the new engine was installed.

The transmission (727 - numbersmatching) is an automatic on the column. The transmission was rebuiltprior to beinginstalled in the vehicle. The original torqueconverter was replaced with a 10\" Billet (stall 2800 -3000)that was purchased through A&A transmission.

The Dart hasan8.75 rearaxle with a 3.91 gear ratio (Richmond) suregrip. The axle was alsorestored prior to re-installing back onto the vehicle. Theboltpattern in the rear is 4\".

The vehicle has manual 10\" drumbrakes all around and manual steering. The front and rear suspension has beenrestored/rebuiltand parts/hardware werereplaced as required. Thesteering column was restored (converted from power to manual steering). There is a new fuel tank assembly and sending unit installed alongwithnew period correct fuel and brake lines(purchased throughInline Tube). The master cylinder is a reproduction with theoriginal/period correct top.

The Dart hasnew A-Bodyreproduction/period correct leaf springs from Mopar.

The exhaust system contains Doug\'sHeaders witha period correct exhaust system from Accurate Exhaust (fromthe header collectors back to the chrome tips).

The drive shaft was rebalanced andnew u-joints were installed.

The original radiator was re-cored.

Exterior / Interior:

As previously mentioned, the Dartwent through a partial restoration before the powertrain was installed. The engine compartment and underside of hoodwererepainted. The restoration took place roughly one yearago. The exterior paint on the Dart is not original, it was repaintedwhen a previous owner had it. The fenders, doors, roof, quartersandtrunk pan appear to be original to the vehicle.

A new vinyl top was installed withpolished original stainless trim. The windshield was replaced along with a newseal. The rear window seal was replaced, but the original glass wasreinstalled. All the side glass appears to be original. The frontand rear chrome bumpers have some pitting, but appear to be original to thevehicle.

The interior was also restored. Anew dash pad was installed roughly 2-months ago. The rear bench seat/seatback were restored with reproduction/period correct vinyl from LegendaryInteriors. The front bench seat was restored by the previous owner. The vehicle originally came with a vinyl floor, but I decided to install blackcarpet. The seatbelts were restored with the correct/reproduction tagsinstalled. There factory AM radio was missing when I purchased thevehicle. To date, I have not replaced it.

The Dart does not have the heaterbox or heater core installed in the vehicle. The wiper system wasalso removed from the vehicle.Since I\'ve owned the vehicle, the vehicle has not been out when there is a potential for rain.

The vehicle has a fender tag alongwith the original monroney label. This is a turn key Mopar that you can get inand show up to cruises/car showsor hit the drag strip for a little oldtime fun. Well over $30K invested.

The vehicle is being sold \"asis\". The buyer is responsible forall shipping costs/setup. A deposit of $500.00 is due within24-hours of the auction ending and non-refundable.The remainingbalance is due within 5-business days. The vehicle is also beinglistedlocally, so I reserve the right to end the auction early.
