Up for sale by a private individual is this streetlegal, Big Block, 1963 Chevrolet Chevy II.This is a fully ‘square’ tube chassis car which is certified for 9second passes in the quarter mile and at speeds in excess of 150 mph. Car is fully street legal with workinglights, turn signals and real glass windows.
Present owner bought the car approximately 5 years agoand recently had the 496 c.i. stroker 454 motor rebuilt and has only beendriven 100 miles. Chevy weighs 3050 lbs.using fiberglass hood, trunk lid, and bumpers.There are NO ‘creature comforts’ like power steering, A/C, heat, orpower brakes. Options include rack &pinon steering and 4 wheel disc brakes.Trans brake and parachute are also included.
Owner is selling for personal reasons.
