This sharp 1962 Mopar Fury Sport was the first year of the B-body used by Chrysler for several years. The body style, however, was only used for one year, with a significant restyling in the 1963 model. In other words, you don\'t see these every day! It\'s a 2-door hardtop (no B pillar), and only 4,039 were produced in 1962. The interior soft surfaces are all new, including new leather seats, dash, carpet, headliner and trunk carpet. Exterior paint is in great condition and was recently... painted. Most chrome has been replaced with new pieces. Some of the more difficult-to-find chrome pieces are original with mild pitting. Dashboard is original.The drive train has been updated. It has a 1970 440 engine (375hp) and a 3-speed push-button automatic, so it has quite a bit of power to put through it\'s 8 3/4 rear end (3.23 ratio open diff). The dual exhaust is new and compliments the big V8! The suspension has new ball joints, upper and lower bushings. Brake are power disc up front and drums in the rear. Power steering works great. A new fuel tank has been installed.The wheels and tires are new and give it a nice stance. On arrival at Gator Motorsport, we performed an oil and filter change, transmission fluid change, coolant flush and installed a new radiator hose. We also rebuilt the carburetor and installed a new alternator. Vehicle Pickup & Shipping All shipping charges are buyer\'s responsibility. General Terms
- Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of close of auction. The remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) is due within 5 days of close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. If no contact is made within 24 hours, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.
- We accept Paypal for deposit only. Balance must be in the form of Cash, Cashier’s Check or Bank Financing.
- Please schedule an appointment to view any vehicles.
- We welcome pre-buy inspection of all units. We are located in Indianapolis, IN, one mile off of I-465 and the Michigan Road exit.
- Should you wish to make arrangements to fly into Indianapolis International Airport, we will pick you up from the airport.
- Indiana residents pay 7.00% sales tax and registration/inspection fees. All sales are subject to a $295 Documentary fee and a tire tax subject to new tires of $1.25 Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.

Fees and Taxes
Buyer must pay 7% IN sales tax if vehicle is purchased and driven off our lot.
