EXPORT, NO PROBLEM...This is a Super COOL, Very nice custom 62 Comet Surf Wagon Hot Rod in excellent, low mile condition. 302 V8 engine and 5 speed speed trans... Ford 8\" rear. Straight and virtually RUST FREE with a cool period patina. Freshly serviced and tuned this cool little cruiser runs/drives great!... best handling wagon I\'ve ever owned and I\'ve had a ton!! Great power all around and will cruise hiway speeds all day. Definite daily driver capable... Excellent weekend cruiser or addition to any collection. It\'s a driver not a trailer queen and will hold its own at cruises and local shows...
Body is straight with no real rust or collision damage that I can see. Car is amazingly clean and straight underneath!!... Cool Patina look with the expected faded paint and blemishes... it presents great with a perfect period surf look. Both rear wheel lips were repaired at some point and show minor stress. The chrome and trim are nice. Nice period mag rims and tires...
Custom Interior is nice as well in a hotrod style. Nice bucket seats with belts... I have the original bench as well. Gauges, heat, and electronics work properly. Carpet is decent... rear seat and panels look good. Nice hot rod interior... Very comfortable to cruise in.
Mild 302 Motor starts, runs, and idles excellent...has some minor mods and makes great power!! T5 5 speed trans... excellent all around gearing. Suspension is upgraded and feels good and upgraded brakes stop straight and sure. Super Nice Driver.
Overall this is a nice little hot rod cruiser all around... it is well preserved and tastefully modified. Awesome weekend cruiser, potential show car, or addition to any collection. I am a collector... this is a good one for any enthusiast, collector, or anyone looking for a cool, classic rod at a great price.
