Completely original and unrestored car. We purchased the car from original owners daughter and son in law who got the car from him in 1994. The car spent its entire life in the dry salt free climates of N Dakota and Montana and since coming to Iowa in 1994. It has absolutely never seen salt or had any rust whatsoever. Dryer and more solid than most California cars I\'ve seen. Never been cleaned or detailed underneath, the way you see it is the way it came. The paint on the car is all original and in great condition overall. There are some scratches that have been touched up over the years and a ding or dent here and there, but for a true original paint car that\'s almost 57 years old it\'s in great condition. I haven\'t buffed or rubbed the paint at all, it would definitely shine better. The interior is all original and in great shape as well, very clean with no major wear. Same as the rest of the car, it hasn\'t been cleaned or detailed at all.The car runs and drives great. It is an automatic and it shifts perfect. It has been switched to an alternator but original generator is still with the car. New shocks (original are still with car also) and tires If you\'re looking for a perfect show car this probably isn\'t for you, if super original rust free cars are your thing than this is it. Car is located in Merrill, IA and you\'re welcome to come inspect it at any time or have someone look for you. You won\'t find a more rust free solid original car period!
