REBUILDT MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION ,MILES=61,230 not turned overmileage.
LOWER RESERVE NOW...............VIN60H060220FACTORY AC CAR,COMPRESSOR REMOVED, in trunk .Original color of car was97Champagne,was repainted years ago, gold now. Vinyl top color codeis 3, was replaced in 2001 with a tan color top. interior code is 55,andnot changed, original with leather material door panels, all original.390 V8 Original TRI POWER motor rebuilt with less than 100 miles on it. Runningon center carb with electric choke, vacuumed pods and linkage disconnected.Front and rear carbs working, just not connected to center carb with linkage.All 3 carbs rebuilt and original. Has original air cleaner and decent airfilter. Transmission rebuilt in2006 along with motor. Car was fromTexas so not rusted out, I bought it in Jan 2001 and drove some,replacing things as needed.
I went through this huge eldo to make it run andstop, safety. Then rebuilt motor and trans. But didn\'t work on interior orpaint . Rebuilt passenger side front and rear and vent window ventmotors, all work. Driver side didn\'t rebuild electric window or vent motors.Wire harness disconnected for power driver seat and vent window motor. Needswires replaced. Rebuilt motor for power driver seat but missing flextransmission drive cable to seat. Driver seat track screw drive works, needsthat cable to connect to rebuilt seat motor. Missing passenger side interiorpull handle to open door and smallchrome cover plate. Whenworkingon door panel, lost this small handle. See picture, a vice grip tool there toopen door now. Interior floor has surface rust and old patch panels,nolarge holes, Same in trunk, just 2 small rust holes at corners of trunk by taillights, 2 to 3 inch area. Frame and body not rusted out, Surface rust at driverside rearwindow, Front fender pass side has small crease. Stainless steeltrim on driver side was loose, have stored in trunk. A/C compressorand under dash vent in trunk along with new stainless steel rear axle and fuelline. Extra top , interior carpet and leather material in trunk. Can e mail these pictures of the 2 body tags if you need. Forgot to post i replaced the exhaust system>>NEW Exhaust, mild steel type just installed with correct mufflers and 2 resonators . Also passenger side heat riser spring valve off manifold installed new. If needed i can take car to my muffler shop and take pictures of exhaust system on their lift. Recently installed new fresh battery. See photo in of trunk, have parts from a power brake booster. Need to rebuild booster. Then brake pedal doesn\'t return to the up position , maybe the large coiled spring in booster needs replacement? Also under dash small vacuum leak from neutral safety switch makes hissing sound. Needs vac hose or rebuild switch? I drive this eldo with no problems and just return the brake pedal to the up positionwith my foot after a stop. Just one of the jobs i didn\'t get done, rebuilding power brake booster.. Bought this eldo in 2001 and trying to remember every thing that was done. As we all know when you see a listing for a car with no information it drives you crazy with unanswered questions about historyor basic details !!

This Eldo Seville has been on 3 test drives here in Niles, Il since the last auction. I would like to add the horn, radio, turn signals, and headlights don\'t work. They used to before i put the car in storage over the winter time. Now the brake lights and interior lights work... as wechecked them on the test drives. Looking at the fuse box, the glass fuses have corrosion on them, and need to be pulled and wire brushed. Headlight switch too. This eldo has the automatic high / low dimming eye mounted on the dash. Could be thepower going through that to floor mounted dimmer switch needs to be traced and sorted out. Horn relay might be sticking or just worn out, i didn\'t open it up.. Flasher for turn signals might need replacing or clean up contacts... As with these 57 year old cars, little things need to be worked on, i hope to describe the condition accurately.When i bought the eldo in 2001 the speedometercable was squeaking so i removed it going to the cruise control unit. Both speedo cables, one to cruise and one to speedo, in trunk, never found replacements. So speedo doesn\'t register speed , no cables connected.Cruise control was working when i disconnected it in 2001, itgave a firm pressure on gas pedal when you turned dash mounted knob to set speed.Any thing else you might have a question about please ask....
