Rare 1963 Chrysler Turbine - Amazing Gas Turbine Powered Classic
I thought you'd like a look at this ultra-rare, 1963 Chrysler Turbine. This
amazing automobile was built by Chrysler to display their technological mastery.
It's powered by a compact gas turbine that idles at around 22000 rpm and runs on
nearly any combustible liquid fuel... kerosene, unleaded gas, diesel, tequila,
etc. It pumps out 130 HP and 425 Ft-Lbs of Torque and requires very little
maintenance. It's ignited by a single spark plug, requires no oil changes, has
approx. 80% fewer parts than a typical piston engine, and it's
self-cooling..requiring no radiator or anti-freeze. Chrysler originally built 55
of these cars, but later reclaimed most of them and had them destroyed. Now
there are only 3 working examples left in the world. This particular car is
owned by the Museum of Transportation, on Barrett Station Rd. in St. Louis,

2012 Chrysler 300C SRT-8 392 Start Up, Exhaust, and In Depth Tour
Hello and welcome to Saabkyle04! YouTube's largest collection of automotive
